Leadership training to boost innovation and create a new workplace culture

Client’s Challenge

Our client, a rapidly growing company, struggled with how best to grow their recently promoted managers and groom the next generation of leaders that was so essential for maintaining a strong culture and motivated geographically dispersed workforce. That client staff was facing challenges that include low morale and productivity and decreased collaboration and innovation.

Our Solution

To address these challenges, DIGITOMIZATION team trained their eight newly appointed managers using a combination of one-on-one executive coaching and our proprietary online Leadership development Course “Essence-Focused Leadership” that supports an individual’s self-mastery, professional development and helps teams collaborate more efficiently and with a deeper understanding of interpersonal relationships.

The training allowed our client’s leadership team to partner with our coach in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspired them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

In response to our client’s desire to take the needed steps to mature its leaders, we provided a tailored program with weekly coaching sessions and 45 prerecorded lessons packed with action plan items and a final closeout/roadmap.

Outcomes

Our coaching and training services helped our client to develop more competency among their leadership team. Our client’s leaders who had access to our coaching and went through our training connected with their colleagues on a deeper level, acted more decisively, anticipated and reacted better to risks and issues, and navigated through complex issues, with all the above leading to increased productivity, redefine their workplace culture and improved workforce morale.

As a result of the successful program, the client is now interested in leveraging DIGITOMIZATION’s team expertise and introducing their team leadership training seminars, multi-day workshops, roundtables, and retreats that would continue promoting leadership development activities and foster innovation and more effective collaboration.
